Conference Registration Terms & Conditions:

Tickets & Receipts – after completing your payment, you will receive your ticket and receipt via email. You will also receive access to Whova, our virtual conference platform. You will be required to set up your conference profile.

Food & beverages – these are supplied by your pantry, kitchen, local Starbucks, or anything that might be open in your area. Due to the nature of a virtual conference, these items are not supplied by us but are strongly encouraged to decrease any hangry energy.

Evening Social Events – these are included in the conference schedule and are open to all conference attendees and vendors/ sponsors. You will enjoy your own BYOB and we will provide fun activities with fellow attendees and vendors.

Hotel Room Discount - Please enjoy the heavily discounted hotel room rate. We apologize in advance for the lack of housekeeping and turndown service.

Behavioral Actions – We request all attendees to be respectful of their fellow peers, vendors, and speakers. We reserver the right to terminate your conference access if your behavior is deemed inappropriate.

Refunds or Cancellations – all registration ticket sales are final and are non-refundable.
